After a while after 10.3.4 release and still on 13.3.1. I decided to wait to 10.3.4 since I couldn't find any solution to it and hoped Apple would solve my issue. I tried to update with combo package yet nothing different happened. Downloaded update from scratch, asked me to restart it and after I approve the restart request, it tried to install yet an abruptly opened OS again told me the famous "You system did not update". I tried a several times from Mac App Store to update yet it always ended it same. I have Early 2014 MacBook Air with High Sierra 10.3.1 and my problem is as stated in the title, I cannot update any further from 10.3.1.
